INDOCHINE : 3 (1985)

Vive les plaisirs coupables  !! ils sont le reflet de ce que nous sommes. Une faute de goût, certes mais surtout un regard tendre, un lien fort, une source de satisfaction sans limite. Il ne faut surtout pas en avoir honte ou le cacher. Ils sont pour moi un révélateur de notre personnalité et sont hyper importants pour notre équilibre émotionnel. Et nous en avons tous ! Pour ma part, l’écoute des albums période 80s d’Indochine en fait partie. Quelles bouffées d’oxygène ! Au premier abord, c’est de la pop facile avec des paroles pas franchement élaborées. Et alors ? C’est rafraîchissant, accrocheur et c’est surtout plus profond qu’on ne le croit. En 1985, le groupe atteint son pic de popularité avec son troisième album sobrement intitulé 3. Très porté sur le sexe et l’Orient, cet album au son très eighties ( claviers, boîte à rythmes, guitares virevoltantes) sera celui d’une génération éprise de rêve et de liberté.  La chanson « 3eme sexe » sera ainsi une tribune pour la tolérance qui fera écho auprès de la jeunesse  (et encore aujourd’hui d’ailleurs) . cet opus regorge également d’autres classiques ( « canary bay », « 3 nuits par semaine », « tes yeux noirs », « salombo ») aussi imparables qu’un service de Nadal. J’ai franchement plaisir de me réécouter ces albums frais car ils me donnent la pêche. Et même si le son est daté, les chansons restent toujours aussi efficaces malgré 10000 écoutes : c’est ce qu’on appelle la magie. c’est tellement magique que ça dure depuis 40 ans….
